Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange Policy
We understand that every pet has their own personality and preferences. To ensure the best experience, we are pleased to offer exchanges under the following guidelines:
- Items may be exchanged for another item currently available in our collection.
- Exchange items must be of equal or higher value.
- For exchanges to a higher-value item, the price difference will be payable by the customer.
- No refunds or store credits will be issued for exchanges to items of lower value.
- All exchanges are subject to availability at the time of request.
Exchange Conditions
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, just as your pet received them.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7& nbsp; days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- All shipping costs related to the exchange, including return and re-delivery, are to be borne by the customer.
Exceptions
Sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange unless stated otherwise.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use (including by enthusiastic paws) will not be accepted.
Final Decision
All exchanges are subject to verification and approval by our customer service team. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above criteria or that are deemed ineligible under our policies.
